PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by credit card at the time of processing your registration or you may select the 'pay later' option if you prefer to be invoiced for payment by funds transfer.

I require an invoice so my employer can pay for my registration. What do I do?

Please process your registration online, enter your employers details into the 'billing' section, then select the ‘Pay Later’ option at the checkout. An invoice will then be issued via email for payment within 7 days.

I selected the ‘Pay Later’ option. How do I complete my payment?

Please note that if you select ‘pay later’, payments can only be made by funds transfer (bank details will be provided on your invoice) or by phoning your credit card details through to the ASCTA office on 07 5494 6255 for processing.

Payments are to be finalised within 7 days of being invoiced. Course enrolment links will not be emailed until payment has been received.

AMENDING REGISTRATIONS

I would like to add, remove or change an item on my registration. How do I do this?

Please email asctacon@ascta.com with your order number and the changes you would like to make.

A refund or an updated invoice for the outstanding balance will then be issued to you via email, if required.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Send 5 staff for the price of 4 when purchasing 4-day passes - save up to $1,135

Simply have your team register online individually so they can select their chosen conference days and/or courses.  At the check out, select the 'Pay Later' option. Once all 5 registrations have been processed online, please email asctacon@ascta.com with the names of your attendees and a discounted group invoice will be emailed to you for payment via funds transfer or credit card.
